A sfogliatella, is a shell-shaped filled Italian pastry native in Naples, South Italy. Sfogliatella means “small, thin leaf/layer”, as the pastry’s texture resembles stacked leaves.

Our sfogliatelle are made in Sydney following the original Italian recipe. Crunchy delicious pastry  ideal for Afternoon tea.
